Rap on them, sing on them, uses them anyway you will except, Resale the beat, C note Labs owns the beat we are letting you use the beat. You can sell the song you make using the beat, on a mix CD or whatever so have fun. 2. You can use the beats if you do not!! have a major recording contract. In the event that you are under contract with a major label and would like to use one of our beats contact us, and lets do the deal right. These beats are not for corporations, multi million dollar companies, or any business that makes money from selling or licenses of music in any form. We put the most any one can make and still be eligible for the royalty free portion of using our beats at 15,000 dollars, if your company is making more than that using our beats you can afford to pay royalties. 3. You pay the cost to download the beats 99 cents a beat (cheap for a hot beat) 4. We would also ask that if you used the beats on a mix CD or production, give a little credit where credit is due, a shout out, or acknowledgement of where you got the beat from would be nice. That’s all the legal mumbo jumbo. So use the beats. Also if you want break downs ect or just want a different pair of ears on your mix, send us your vocal tracks and for a fee we will mix it for you, simple (see bottom of page). If you don’t like Mp3s on your productions then contact us with an E-mail and we will send a CD with a wave file, you pay shipping and a small handling charge. Also the only way t get rid of that stupid voice over is to down load them from broadjam. BTW beats 1 to 6 are short loops if you want them longer just sample and loop them. |
